Mariela

Veterinary Technician

Originally from Mesa, Arizona, Mariela moved to North Carolina to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She recently graduated with a major in biology and minor in music, white hopes of pursuing a career in veterinary medicine. She particularly enjoys large animal medicine, especially when it comes to working with off-track thoroughbreds.

In her free time, Mariela enjoys riding, playing music, and going on adventures with her golden retriever, Benny. If working on site at the clinic, then she loves time spent being able to drive the tractor!
